Coming Home feels like a poignant theme at this time. How do I feel in my skin in this current climate? What is the story my body has to tell?
This two day creative arts retreat is an invitation to pause, be still and take time to listen to our embodied experiencing as we immerse in the beautiful garden that leads to Friston Forest.
We bring awareness and attention to our responses in nature as we open to our sensing, moving, imaginative body. Movement experiences are expressed spontaneously through painting with no sense of getting it right. It’s the process itself that is most valuable, offering potential for clear guidance and vitalisation.
Facilities – On-site camping, swimming pool, shared food, fire in the evening, use of the barn if it rains. Local bnb’s if preferred.
